Continuous improvement is an aim of ISO/TS 16949. Registration to this standard is the only objective way to assure our customers that we are providing quality products and services. In order to accomplish this, SteelSummit is presently transitioning from QS 9000 to ISO/TS 16949:2002. This transition will be completed by year end 2006.
